Alongside the PROTECT ME poster, a form has been developed that can be provided to clients to support a decision not to provide antibacterial medication. A downloadable form is available as supplementary content to this section. Printed 'non-prescription' pads are available to buy from the BSAVA store. Forms updated November 2023.
