Clinical conundrum
Excessive salivation in a middle-aged Cocker Spaniel A 9-year-old Cocker Spaniel presented with a history of ptyalism and hallitosis. Hair loss and skin lesions were also reported. A diagnosis of mycosis fungoides followed tests and biopsy, with the skin lesions proving to be unexpectedly significant.
