Clinical conundrum
An unusual case of hypoglycaemia A 10-year-old cross breed dog presented with a 2 week history of weight loss, lethargy and intermittent vomiting. There was a small very hard mass on the ventral ribcage. The diagnosis and treatment of a solitary osseous plasmacytoma are described.
