A Great Dane with discoloured urine and abdominal pain A 6-year-old Great Dane presented with a 3-day history of lethargy, vomiting and anorexia and a 24-hour history of passing discoloured urine. The diagnosis of splenic torsion and subsequent surgery and treatment are described.
