Abstract
Diarrhoea is the most common clinical manifestation of intestinal disease in cats. It is caused by excess faecal water content, which results in increased frequency of defecation, stool fluidity and/or faecal volume. This chapter focuses on history and clinical examination, causes, differential diagnoses, diagnostic approach and an overview of treatment.
